How are your products made?

All our products are designed and 3D printed in-house in the UK using FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) technology. We use high-quality PLA filament, which produces clean, precise parts with excellent strength. Each piece is printed to order, so you're getting a freshly made product every time.

What material are the products made from?

We primarily use PLA (Polylactic Acid), a durable, eco-friendly bioplastic. It's rigid, smooth, and holds its shape well under normal indoor conditions. It is not suitable for sustained exposure to high heat (e.g. car interiors in summer), but is perfect for home décor and storage use.

Are the products compatible with standard slat walls?

Yes! Our shelves and accessories are designed to fit standard 3mm groove / 23mm pitch slat wall panels — the most common format sold in the UK. If your slat wall has a different pitch or groove size, please get in touch before ordering and we can advise on compatibility.

What sizes and colours are available?

Our floating shelves come in a range of sizes (from single units to 4-packs) and are available in matte black, beige, grey, and blush-taupe. The available options are shown on each product listing. If you need a specific colour or size not listed, we may be able to accommodate custom requests — see below.

Can I order a custom size, colour, or design?

Absolutely — custom orders are something we love doing! Whether you need a different colour, a specific size, a bespoke design, or a bulk quantity, we're happy to discuss it. Please contact us with your requirements and we'll provide a quote. Custom orders typically take 5–10 working days.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — we offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. No minimum spend required.

How long does delivery take?

As all products are printed to order, please allow 2–4 working days for production plus 1–3 working days for standard delivery. Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days from the order date. If you need something urgently, please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the UK only. If you're based internationally and would like to order, please get in touch and we can look into options on a case-by-case basis.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange a return or replacement. Items must be returned in their original condition and unused.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost — no need to return the original item. We take great care in packaging, but if something goes wrong in transit we'll make it right immediately.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because items are made to order, we begin production quickly after you place your order. If you need to cancel or make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always try to accommodate requests, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Will I see layer lines on the product?

A small amount of layer texture is normal with FDM 3D printing and gives our products a characteristic look. We print at fine layer heights (0.15–0.20mm) and post-process each item to ensure smooth, clean surfaces. The finish is high quality and the layer lines are barely visible in normal use.

How strong are the shelves? How much weight can they hold?

Our floating shelves are designed for everyday décor items — think perfume bottles, small plants, books, and ornaments. For light to medium loads (up to ~1–2kg per shelf), they are perfectly solid. We don't recommend them for heavy or structural loads. If you have a specific weight requirement, feel free to ask us.
