Shipping policy

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Delivery charges

• Free UK delivery on orders of £10 or more.
• £1.90 delivery on orders under £10.

Dispatch and delivery times

Every item is 3D printed to order in our Walsall workshop. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days of payment, and you'll receive a dispatch email with tracking where available. Delivery then usually takes 2–5 working days with Royal Mail or DPD.

Custom orders take longer; we'll confirm timings when we quote.

Gift cards

E-gift cards are sent by email, so there's no delivery charge.
